Simulates pH and mV values:
- 0-14 in 2 pH increments, +/- 414 mV
- Tests pH meters, recorders and instruments with mV input
- BNC connector, operates by 9-volt battery
- Accuracy: 1%
When a pH
meter has incorrect readings, most likely the problem lies within the
electrode. In order to verify this problem, the pHault Finder can test and
calibrate a pH meter by simulating the electrode signal from 0-14 pH in
increments of 2 pH units.
A high-low impedance switch helps determine if the pH meter's
high impedance has been compromised and also allows calibration of low
impedance recorders and meters.
